Responsibilities
- Addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information about deliveries, product technical details, and communicating any defects associated with the products we sell.
- Inputting data to our warehouse management system to make sure it accurately displays in our online shops.
- Working as part of a team to search out and display data correctly
You will need to go above and beyond to ensure each customer feels valued and supported throughout their journey.
