DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Understand the platform and payments ecosystem to identify problems and position creative solutions for our partners. Provide business acumen for customers and strive to understand the business problems we are solving in order to best architect the proposed solution and exceed customer expectations. Gather functional and business requirements from partners and translate into related solution design documentation or proposals. Drive multiple, simultaneous customer engagements utilizing Project Management best practices. Manage project team activities and oversee the completion of deliverables, manage schedules, meet milestones, and ensure technical success. Communicate task-level details in summary form to partner and internal executives. Work with product management to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases. Work with sales and marketing management to channel commonalities across customers into best practices and service packages. Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: SQL; RESTful API; JSON; Postman; BigQuery; Relational databases; modern web technology; modern programming languages/frameworks; software development kits; Software Development Life Cycle; JIRA; system architecture; product delivery; and project management.
Job Location: 383 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10017. Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the US.
Salary: $185,182.00 - $216,000.00 per year.
