Job description

We are a small but very busy Solicitors Practice based in Ponteland and require a Receptionist to join our friendly team of staff.

This is a Full Time permanent position, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Duties to include the following:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Attend & Assist Clients in Reception
  • Assist with Photocopying
  • Assist with Post Duties
  • General Office Admin Duties

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Polite and friendly Attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
