About this opportunity:
Our Bristol office is looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within the office, that stretches beyond typical front of house duties. You will be the go-to person for colleagues and visitors to the office, so we need you to have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people.

Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering incoming phone calls, dealing with enquiries, or direct them to the relevant people.
- Booking meeting rooms through Outlook calendar
- Maintaining the office calendar with all internal and external appointments for all colleagues
- Dealing with incoming post, saving using the electronic filing system and distributing to office
- General office duties – ensuring fridges/cupboards are fully stocked and meeting rooms tidy.
- Restock of all office supplies, and managing purchase orders and invoices for suppliers
- Provide support to the administration team.
- General record keeping and electronic filing.
- Adhering to Conduct Risk standards
Skills:
- Previous experience working within a reception environment or client facing role.
- Experience in delivering consistently high level of customer service.
- Knowledgeable and competent to navigate technology-based systems.
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Collaborative and inclusive approach to work
- Asks for support to improve understanding and to complete tasks where necessary.
- Able to prioritise workload and identify when they need support to achieve goals.
- Assists team members as required and works effectively with colleagues.
