Exciting sustainability start-up Rainbow Energy Solar is seeking to hire experienced and proven face-to-face sales executives. The role offers excellent and uncapped earning potential as well as share options. OTE is £150K+. The role will cover approx. 50 mile radius from Manchester so a clean driving licence is a must.

Solar is currently in a boom expected to last many years as more people reduce their carbon footprint and rely on big corporations for electricity. Rainbow is seeking to be the UK’s largest installer in the household and SME space and require the UK’s best salespeople to achieve this goal.

We will aim to set 6 to 8 warm, inbound meetings local to you each week. You will be expected to top this up to 10 through your own network and referrals. Therefore, you will sit approximately 40 meetings a month and will be expected to achieve a 33% deal rate, or 13 sold deals with an average commission for each deal of over £1k.

Description

· You will meet households and SME businesses within a 90-minute radius to you who are considering purchasing solar

· You have strong and proven sales skills (experience in renewables is preferred but not essential)

· The objective is to help potential customers understand available solutions and educate them on options available

· You will be totally comfortable with the use of technology and software and use our bespoke system to put together recommendations for the customer
