Motus Commercials is an approved Volkswagen dealership located in Derby and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Vehicle Sales Executive. As our new Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, you will join our friendly team which will see you working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 18.00pm with every other Saturday 9.00am – 13.00pm which equates to 42 hours per week within our approved VW dealership.

As a Sales Executive at Motus Commercials in Derby we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience selling Motor Vehicles, Commercial desirable
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Display a high level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
- Manufacturer training desirable
Main duties will be:
- Manage our customers’ expectations of Brilliant customer service when dealing with sales enquiries in person, over the phone or via email.
- Drive the sales process through to completion championing the use of specific systems for all customers.
- Drive the sales process to completion by ensuring all vehicles sold have extras agreed and vehicles are ready to handover to customers.
- Manage the progress of each of your deals sold ensuring customers are provided an update.
- Manage handovers to customer by providing quality customer service both internally and externally.
- Ensure the pitch is of a high standard at all times working with in a Team.
- Providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers buying a vehicle.
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials.
