Job title: Software Engineer
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Job type: permanent and full-time ( 40 hours per week)

Your core responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle of the solutions Velox builds for our clients including working with product manager and clients to gather and clarify requirements, designing system based on the Velox framework, developing the application, deploying into the production environment and providing level-2 support when necessary
- Providing inputs into the development of the Velox framework to expand the features and make it more friendly for other application developers to use
- Enhancing the Velox framework Tech stack: Core Java 11/17 (Backend),
TypeScript/JavaScript+Vue.js (Frontend), with additional exposure to technologies like Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Apache Parquet etc... depending on specific projects.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or a related major
- Good understanding of commonly used data structures (Hash Table,
Binary Tree, Stack etc...) and related algorithms
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience/Knowledge of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, VueJS/React is a big plus
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies with the focus on solving business problems and delivering business value
