As a result, the team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join who will be instrumental in designing and developing the product lifecycle and other customer-facing solutions. Operating with a "You build it, you run it" mindset, you will have full ownership on everything that you create. You will enact the position of technical leader, serving as the example for company best practises as well as having the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members as the organisation expands.

Furthermore, you will help define project requirements and bring them to life whilst collaborating closely with the Head of Systems Engineering.

You will work in an AWS environment. The languages that you will develop in are Python or Go, honing in your hands-on experience in microservices, APIs, and all aspects of web development. Those in particular that possess proficiency with GraphQL. In addition, these applications will be containerised and you will benefit from great exposure to Kubernetes.
