Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and professional individual to join the Surgery department at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced administration assistant who is organised and will be responsible for providing effective clerical and administrative support with a surgical speciality. You will require the ability to prioritise incoming work to meet deadlines and have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.

You will enjoy working with a friendly, dedicated team who share your passion for delivering an extremely high standard of work with the focus on improving the standard of care we provide.

The post holder will be expected to cover a wide range of administration duties within Surgery. You will communicate effectively and appropriately with a number of stakeholders both internal and external to the Trust. You will work closely with the wider administration team and clinical teams to ensure effective patient care and good communication is maintained within the department.
