Job description
Sensing Change is a team within Adult and Community Services, Suffolk County Council.
We provide a range of services to people with sight and/or hearing loss throughout Suffolk, which include Social Work and Assessment, Vision Rehabilitation and a Support Service. The aim of our service is to focus on early intervention and prevention, enabling individuals to maintain and increase their independence.
The role is countywide with a baseat one of our offices across Suffolk.
