As our Social Worker you will be committed to working in a person-centred way alongside colleagues within Hope House Children’s Hospices and with our statutory partners in providing an integrated service to children and young people.

Our Social Worker role is highly rewarding work and is integral to supporting the delivery of our Care Strategy, which looks to expand the delivery of safe, caring, responsive, effective and well lead children’s palliative care in our hospices and communities.
