We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week a mixture of days and nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Cedars (B9 5LY).
Cygnet Cedars is a 24-bed high-dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, and associated complex needs, and who may have behaviors that challenge. We accept emergency referrals and the team is experienced in managing them quickly and efficiently to ensure the transition for each individual is as smooth as possible.

Your day-to-day…
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care

You are…
- Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or support worker
- Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
