Description
- Working directly with clients to manage and participate in the creation of documents.
- From initial contact to final delivery, you will manage the client-lawyer relationship and ensure best in class legal services are provided.
- Completing intake process with clients and being a point of contact
- Opening and creating client files digitally and physically
- Drafting and editing documents, agreements, and reporting letters
- Booking and attending appointments with Lawyers as needed
- Reporting and Closing Files
- Problem solving with minimal supervision;
- Administrative work including but not limited to scanning, filing, answering the phone, sending/receiving courier deliveries, and greeting clients at the front door
- Assisting with billing duties, sending payment links to clients by email, and collecting on billings
- Communicating in a professional manner with lawyers, other team members and clients; and
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by the Firm from time to time.
Requirements: Certified law clerk with experience working in family law for at least 1-2 years.
