Integrity Automotive is Suffolk's largest Premium Used Car Dealership, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as a General Sales Manager.
This role will see you use your Sales Management experience to develop our Sales department to reach its full potential whilst providing excellent customer care.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage a strong sales and marketing strategy to achieve agreed financial, marketing and sales objectives
- Implementation of a formal Sales Process for both face to face and online customers
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and manage marketing campaigns and strategies
- Provide guidance, training and motivation to team members of all levels, to maximise individuals’ potential and create a strong and focused sales team
- Ensure customers receive an exceptional level of service whilst promoting loyalty, retention, and satisfaction
- Stock and vehicle age management
- Work in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness
