Bring your experience and personality to support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to grow our social communities, maximising engagement and extending the Riverstone social following. You will do this through authentic storytelling, creating captivating content, that will be utilised online through our social media channels, website, and email campaigns.

- You have a genuine and deep-rooted interest in all things digital marketing related, in particular establishing and managing social media communities, content and website engagement, and want to create and deliver a compelling experience.
- You want to seize an opportunity to take your experience and passion for digital marketing and social media, to make a direct impact in a fast-moving business as part of a tight-knit, newly formed team.
- You are a creator, not a follower. Integrated retirement living is a new and rapidly expanding sector which we are setting the standard for in central London. In this role, there is so much scope to create exciting content and engage with audiences not typically targeted by social media, and become a true specialist for this emerging market.
Key responsibilities of the Social Media Marketing Executive
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver an effective social and digital marketing strategy to grow our presence, following and increasing engagement across our social media channels.
- Manage and deliver the day-to-day social media activities, developing the content and social media plan, creating authentic compelling content, bespoke for each social media channel, including Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn. In addition, support with delivering paid social campaigns.
- Be our community lead, monitoring posts, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Strengthen the overall content marketing strategy by writing blogs and articles for Riverstoneliving.com, creating a seamless customer experience online.
- Analyse data and provide detailed analytical reporting with experience in the use of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Hotjar, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage and update the Riverstone app for our residents with news, events and engaging content.

- Starting salary of up to £40,000 based on experience, plus performance-related bonus
- 40-hour week, Monday to Friday in our Victoria-based office
