Position: Support Worker
Salary: £10.87 - £11.17 per hour
Service: Deansbrook, Southminster

About Your Role
- Deansbrook is an eight bedroom residential service in a quiet, rural area in Essex suitable for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
- Our aim is to support them in a less restrictive setting where they have choices around their day to day lives and can reintegrate into their local community.
- You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
- You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
- You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

- You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
- If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
- You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
