We have an opportunity for you to join a growing business as a Working From Home Administrative Assistant.
The role is ideal for someone looking to return to work or start their career, as no previous experience in the financial industry is necessary. Full training and support will be provided. Customer service experience is desirable for these positions. We offer some flexibility in working hours during the week between set times.
The role will include:
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Managing and monitoring emails
- Liaising with third-party providers to obtain financial information
- Maintaining client records
- Working within a larger team to progress items of work
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:
- Be able to comfortably work from home. A suitable desk and chair are required amd a quiet space to work from.
- Experience of working with computer packages such as office is essential
- Great telephone and email manner is essential
- Financial Services experience is desirable, but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£22,965.00 per year
