We are looking for highly motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Support Team.
We provide a housing related support service to individuals who are in need and living in any tenure in Ceredigion. The aim is to assist and support individuals to live as independently as possible in the home of their choice. We provide guidance and support which are strongly outcomes focused on issues such as housing, employment, training and volunteering, financial/benefits matters, accessing other statutory and voluntary services and help with integrating into their local community.
The successful candidate will have a caseload of vulnerable people who are either homeless, older adults or ex-offenders.
We are looking for support workers to work in the following geographical areas:
1. Aberystwyth/Lampeter

We would like to get to know our future employees and for you to get to know us before committing to a permanent role. You will have the opportunity to meet potential future colleagues that, if successful, you will attend induction training together. We will guide you through several work-based activities to enable you to get a full understanding of what the Support worker role entails. Therefore, following selection all candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Day. Our Assessment Day will take place in Aberystwyth from 10:00 – 15:00.
The next Assessment Day will take place on:
Thursday 13th July 2023
Starting at 09:15
Finishing at 12:30
Successful candidates will be invited to join our induction cohort commencing on:
Monday 7th August 2023 subject to satisfactory references and Right to Work checks.
