We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and help create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the latest social media trends, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies.
- Create content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Analyse social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing.
- Work with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
