Job description
We're looking for an EXPERIENCED social media marketing assistant to join a small business of ambitious, driven and friendly people.
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. You will need to develop original content and ideas, as well as provide strategies, data analysis and metric reporting for clients.
You will also need to be able to liaise with our clients and therefore be pro-active, friendly, approachable, supportive, have excellent attention to detail and great communication skills. You will need to be creative and able to work quickly.
You will need to have a proven track-record of experience working within this industry and the results you have achieved.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin is essential, experience of using Tiktok is also preferable. You must be able to use Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage social media accounts for our clients - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and possibly Pinterest and/or Tiktok.
- Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regular scheduling which promotes the brand message. Creating copy and blog posts to improve SEO for the website.
- Able to identify new ideas and emerging trends and incorporating them into the social media strategy.
There may be opportunities for further hours, if desired. This is a self-employed role.
