Job description
We are looking for one full time (37.5 hours per week) and one part time (between 16-22.5 hours) Office Administrators to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and data entry. They will also be expected to handle customer enquiries, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Process invoices and other documents.
- Social media content
