We're looking for all the usuals i.e., kick-ass creative design skills, a (dare we say it...) a growth hacking mindset, strategic & able to create tailored content across a range of channels, but we'd also LOVE to find someone who is into health and fitness (for themselves, or the planet!) and isn't afraid of the challenge of joining a company that is about to grow through rapid growth over the coming 12-months.
As Social Media Manager, you'll lead on all things (you guessed it!), social! Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day:
- You'll be building and executing the social strategy, developing and implementing campaigns to build desire and consideration for Energym
- Identifying, designing and leading on content and campaigns for social, producing creative that is always ahead of the market
- Designing content for all social channels
- Accelerating the growth of our social channels, working with our team of specialists to build content that speaks to our audience
- Creating incred content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, working with our team and external partners to build organic and paid media activity
- Seeking out new influencers that would be a good fit for our brand
- Tracking campaign performance, social listening, social/influencer trends and competitor analysis
- Managing the performance of our social social KPIs and regularly feeding the marketing team with social/digital trends (content, formats, influencers, etc.)
- You'll have bags of organic (and hopefully paid, but this isn't essential) social experience
- You'll have lots of hands-on experience creating beautiful, engaging designs and content for social
- Success in delivering brand plans, based on relevant consumer insight, market dynamics & detailed competitor understanding
- An ability to create content and delivering high-performing activation plans with cut through creativity is a must!
- Experience in paid media and how to deliver creative to deliver ROI (desirable)
- A pioneering mindset and foresight with your fingers well and truly on the pulse of how to build a global brand
- Solid multi-tasker and 'do-er' mindset who adapts to change well
- You anticipate, you think and dream big and have weighty aspirations
- Self-driven, proactive and you thrive on exceptional performance

- A self-motivated learner, showing self-awareness and
- Relevant degree preferred, though not essential.
