Job description:
The chance to join a growing brand and team in a social media manager role. The role will include full management of all social channels and management of two other team members, delegating work to our graphic designer and reporting to the sales/marketing director on weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and developing creative social media campaigns / strategies for increasing engagement.
- Crafting compelling, on brand content or developing this with content creators (UGC).
- Creative writing skills, ability to communicate a variety of messages while keeping the brand voice consistent.
- Knowledge and understanding of current social media trends and latest social media platform features.
- Responsible for analysing engagement data and deriving actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data. This data is to be used for further growing our audience and to build brand awareness.
- Creating reports on the success of your strategies.
- Attention to detail, complex workflow management, strong organizational and project management skills.
- Responsible for consistent posts across all social channels on a weekly basis.
- Able to be contacted out of working hours in some situations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience working in social media.
- At least 1 year experience at management level.
- Branding and marketing experience.
- Experience in content creation (skills in adobe software products sits as an advantage).
- Literate skills – experience in communication while keeping the brand voice consistent.
- Strong abilities with tools such as excel, later. and all social media analytical platforms.
