Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: BCA Manchester (hybrid)
Working hours: 40 hrs over 5 of 7 days; 9hr shifts between 8am and 7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-5pm Sat - Sun. Shift pattern to be determined based on business and personal requirements

About the role…
Within this role you will be working within the Customer Service team focusing on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be dealing with anything customer service related, this can be accounts, collections and more. This role will involve taking many phone calls a day, therefore an ideal candidate will have previous call centre or customer service experience.
Responsibilities…
- Providing support to customers with post sale enquiries.
- Processing delivery and collection requests from customers.
- Providing information and advice to any customer enquiring about our services.
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email or live chat.
- Act on customer feedback by engaging with customers to gain more insight to improve our customer’s journey and experience.
Who you are….
- Previous experience working within a call centre or any different customer service role with a lot of focus on answering call queries from the customers. (desirable)
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills (listening, communication, empathy).
- Strong communicative, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to work calmly and confidently handling difficult customers.
- Ability to work under pressure towards achieving teams’ targets
