We work hard to develop and maintain positive relationships between our school and the wider community; our pupils enjoy coming to school. Based at Caister Junior School, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support services to a high standard and supporting the wider administrative team, in conjunction with leading on specific areas of responsibilities such as maintaining the management information system and single central record.
This is an exciting and challenging role for someone looking to work in a fast-paced and progressive environment. You must have strong experience in an administrative role, excellent communication and organisational skill and a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent ICT skills, Maths and English at GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) and be able to build good working relationships. Previous school and Pupil Asset experience would be an advantage.
Reporting to the Head of Central Services, the successful candidate will support the running of the school reception and welcome visitors to our school.
