A brand-new opportunity has become available with Lee Marley Brickwork, the UK’s leading brickwork subcontractor, based at their head office in Notting Hill, London.
We are seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our our well-established, growing company, with negotiable office hours and salary.
This all-encompassing role will be supporting our office based team, including Directors and will involve a range of responsibilities including:
- Reception and Administration duties acting as the first point of contact for all visitors/clients - greeting all with enthusiasm
- Organisation of our brand-new, modern Notting Hill office - Maintaining office supplies, refreshments and stationery are replenished when necessary
- Assisting Directors
- Collect all post delivered to the office and distributed to the relevant member of staff
- Organisation of letters and documentation, ensuring all outgoing mail is delivered on time
- General administration support to the business
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Good IT Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
