```Duties:```
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, including writing and scheduling posts.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the brand.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
```Requirements:```
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from social media metrics.
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus.
