A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a Premium High Street Fashin Brand as the Social Media & Influencer Executive. You will help manage the day to day running of all the social channels, ensuring brand vision and tone of voice is consistent across all channels. Responsible for ensuring creativity across all social content to keep it engaging for our audience. You will assist in the implementation of a forward thinking social strategy in line with the brands global marketing calendar. You will also be responsible for the day to day running of the community strategy via the organic social media channels and take responsibility for implementing wider influencer advocacy activity.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting in the day to day management of our social media platforms, planning and executing content across all channels using various social media scheduling tools
- Ideation for posts across all channels (Instagram - Grid, Posts, Stories, Reels, IGTV, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & TikTok)
- Support in the planning and execution of global campaigns and product moments in a social first manner
- Helping to identify and build relationships with brand appropriate influencers, talent, partners and content creators
- Event planning and coordination for influencers and talent
- Liaise with the Brand Creative team to ensure specific and influencer content is created for all social channels
- Report on success of campaigns and content, suggest recommendations for improvement and evaluating influencer marketing campaigns, partnerships and collaborations against KPIs
- Build great relationships across the business including buying, merchandising, digital, and marketing to ensure all product, trade and design messages are relevant and timely to support the whole community strategy
- Work closely with PR to align on UGC content to support seasonal campaigns and amplify the community
Person Specification:
- Previous experience managing social media channels and influencers, preferably within a global fashion brand
- Established contacts within the fashion & lifestyle industry
- Creativity and ability to write copy that is relevant and on brand
- Experience with Canva, Miro or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with a social media posting and reporting tool
- A natural curiosity and love for the fashion industry, keeping up to date with the latest social trends and opportunities
- Ability to capture video and still content on the go, for channels such as Instagram
- Budget management and negotiating skills with influencers and agencies
- Experience using Facebook Ads or Business Manager is a plus but not essential
