We are currently seeking to appoint a Superstar Social Manager to join a growing and fast-paced marketing team, working in vibrant offices in East Lancashire!

The role will play a key part in the business’s growth plans and the ideal candidate will have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment where a driven personality will succeed. They should strive to improve results and enjoy sharing new ideas and work towards common goals. This is a superb opportunity to bring your own to the role with the support of a Head of Marketing.

We're looking for a self starter whose keen to jump onboard this already hugely successful large business!

Overview of the Social Media Manager role:

  • You’ll play a key part in the online growth of two very strong international company brands
  • You will deliver multiple automation campaigns across our group companies to prospects, clients and third parties
  • Drive forward the Social strategy, primarily across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn platforms
  • Track, measure and report against success – Leads, Platform metrics, Reach & Engagement
  • Work alongside Head of Marketing, New Product Development and Intro teams and promote some key company and industry Events
  • Support growth of other key channels, possibly YouTube or others
  • Good understanding of all relevant tools and resources
  • Manage media content library using Drupal or similar web content management system
  • Use of MailChimp for some large scale outreach projects
  • Develop, schedule and manage content calendars in sync with product launches and events

What you will bring in terms of experience:

  • Zest, ideas, energy, creativity and positivity
  • Min 3-4 years within a similar role
  • Great copy writing skills
  • Really deliver on exciting campaigns and engaging content
  • Have knowledge of Keywords, Google Analytics
  • Fab communication skills (online /offline)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills, solutions orientated.
