Job Description:
We are looking for a creativefreelance Social Media Manager to oversee and implement our social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok) for our brands, Jill Yoga and Winterproof. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing the company's social media accounts.
Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day execution of Jill Yoga and Winterproofs social media strategy, including scheduling and posting. (5-6 posts a week, per brand)
· Plan Bi-weekly/Monthly social media content for Jill Yoga and Winterproof social media platforms.
· Daily engagement (30 mins a day per brand, 5 days a week)
· Monitor and respond to customer comments and questions (DM’s) daily.
· Content Creation:
o Create exciting and engaging content for our followers.
o Strategize, produce, and execute branded content for Jill Yoga and Winterproof
o Produce and edit photos and video content.
o Coverage of in-person events (weekdays and weekends).
o Graphic content creation.
· Influencer outreach and management:
o Identify and manage a roaster of creators.
o Communicate and monitor all influencer collaborations.
o Research and identify new creators/influencers.
o Work closely with Marketing on creator campaign ideas.
o Manage creator budgets and invoice intake.
o LTK affiliate program- campaign pitches and monitor influencer communication.
· Work closely with our Marketing Manager to align social media content with current marketing and promotional campaigns.
· Staying up to date with the latest social media trends- all platforms.
· On site 1 half day a week to work closely with both Jill Yoga and Winterproof teams.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following background/experience:
· 1-2 years experience of social media coordinating and content creation for a brand on all social media platforms.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to write engaging and compelling digital content/copy.
· Graphic design skills and Photo/Video editing- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Proficient in MS Office (excel), Google Suite (sheets).
· Self-starter with strong project management skills.
· Exceptional time management, budgeting, and organizational skills
· Excellent attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
