Kimberbell is an energetic and quickly growing machine embroidery company. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer to join our Marketing team.

About Us: At Kimberbell, our passion is helping people experience the joy of creativity by providing superior machine embroidery experiences. Kimberbell was established in 2009 in beautiful Logan, Utah, located in the Cache Valley of Northern Utah. We produce machine embroidery designs, project materials, project books, subscription boxes, and events.

Social Media Marketer

  • Full-time (37-40 hours per week)


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working with the Marketing and Product Management departments.
  • Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Create a social media strategy to drive users back to company website and to product sales
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Build and maintain solid content calendar


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media advertising campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate


Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
