This is a full-time, office-based role in Stockport joining a team of 8 people looking to double in size within the next 6-12 months.

This fast-paced role will see you handling social media and influencer programs, all while keeping your finger on the pulse of fashion and emerging digital trends.

Daily duties as a Social Media Manager:

  • Creating and posting high-quality content appropriate to brand identity
  • Planning and scheduling content
  • Develop and execute social media strategy, setting objectives to aim towards
  • Produce reports for senior management, analysing performance with recommendations for growth
  • Continuously conduct industry and competitor research to ensure we stay in line with market trends and the latest tools
  • Organising and presenting live shows to present our products, show live orders and any other appropriate ideas
  • Establishing VIP partnerships with existing and upcoming celebs/media personalities
  • Responding appropriately to engagement across all types of content and messages
  • Creating, managing and optimising paid marketing campaigns

You will:

  • Be a natural self-starter with experience building, managing, measuring and optimising marketing campaigns
  • Be passionate about core company values and goals in offering unique, high-quality clothing
  • Be creative, strategic and practical
  • Have proven experience developing brand-building strategies
  • Used to working under pressure and managing deadlines effectively
  • Have experience managing third-party agencies including outsourced SEO and content agencies
  • Have strong technical marketing ability across various platforms and tools
  • Prefer data to hunches and have a strong analytical ability
  • Be honest, transparent, constructive, objective and considered
  • Claim the failures as much as the victories

You will not be micromanaged, and you are expected to take full and independent control of the TikTok account. You will have freedom, but they expect you to “own” the goals you set and report transparently.

This role will suit an experienced Social Media Executive or Manager who is looking to challenge themselves and take advantage of a rare opportunity to help build something great in fashion from the beginning.
