We’re looking to hire a passionate and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our UK HR Team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to take their HR career to the next level while working in an experienced team of professionals on a global and local scale.
The successful candidate would have a degree in HR and already some experience in the foundations of an HR function. Most importantly must have the attitude and desire to succeed in a people focussed role. Your communication skills must be exemplary, and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships with your colleagues is a must. The ability to seek out and solve people problems will enable you to be successful in the role. You would be described as helpful, approachable and thriving to deliver a first class service. You are passionate about making the workplace awesome and contributing to supporting all team members.

Your areas of knowledge and experience:
- You will have experience of recruitment and onboarding, including preparing offer letters & contracts and ensuring a good candidate experience
- You will have experience of maintaining and updating employee records
- You will have experience of managing and coordinating an employee benefits programme
- Be familiar with and keep up to date with employment law changes
- You will have experience of managing and coordinating employee training sessions
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
