Are you an Experienced Social Media Manager?

A media agency is looking for an Experienced Social Media Manager to join their Marketing team.

Location :London.

Work Type: Full-Time.

Salary: £35,000 Per Annum.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our organic and paid social channels with an aim to increase engagement, reach and new followers to help grow our community.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive social media experience in developing social media strategy, execution, and copywriting.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms.
• Track record of developing and executing paid social strategy and plan.
• Proficient in data analysis, setting KPIs and reporting tools to track and measure performance.
• Extensive experience in developing and driving influencer strategy.
• Experience in managing budgets.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop strategies and own execution for organic and paid social channels.
• The drive continued growth of all social media channels by developing engaging content and building a social community.
• Build and own social content plan including day-to-day management of social media channels, including scheduling posts.
• Responsible for writing, editing, and curating original and engaging content.
• Collaborate with various departments and partners to ensure the delivery of best-in-class social content.
• Set social media KPIs, objectives and goals.
• Take a data-led approach to social media and oversee the use of social monitoring tools to gain consumer insights, identify trends, and target influencers.
• Own governance and management of the social media budget
• Be creative, staying ahead of the curve with an understanding of emerging social media trends.
• Oversee social media reporting, sharing detailed reports with senior stakeholders across the business weekly, monthly and quarterly.
