We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join our Digital department in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful Social Media Manager will work closely with a variety of colleagues and teams across our business and will be responsible for developing captivating social media campaigns and content that creates engagement with our global community as well as managing our social media activity on a day-to-day basis.

The successful Social Media Manager will also be responsible for creating and overseeing a creative, data-led content strategy for our channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok.

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within a luxury environment, managing a brand’s social presence within in-house or agency
• Have a solid understanding of social media platforms, digital and knowledge of emerging trends, technologies and the social landscape
• Have previous experience in managing and creating social media content globally
• Be fiercely creative with a great eye for design and a passion for ideas generation
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Be a great communicator who enjoys collaborating across multiple teams
• Have previous experience of being on shoots and having a hands-on role in creating social first content
