At Evliss Laser Skincare Clinic, we're looking for a creative, energetic and organised individual who is passionate about social media and the beauty industry.

We're looking to fill a part-time position at this moment. Part of the job will require you to be present at our clinic at the time of shooting the materials 2 times a week. The other part is sorting through and preparing the materials for distribution and it can be done remotely.

Requirements:
*
At least one year full-time social media campaign experience
*
*
Experience in reaching out and booking both influencers and bloggers - you know how to find them and how to check their accounts.
*
Excellent spoken and written English with experience of copywriting.
*
*
Experience in building and engaging communities on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, tik tok *
Strong photography,videography, & editing skills with a good eye for visuals and the ability to create great storyboards. Prior experience with cameras is a plus, but not required. You should, at the very least, be able to shoot high-quality videos with your phone.

Experience with social media management software (Lightroom/VSCO/Canva/Unfold/Later or other services for social media scheduling and creating photos, videos and posts)

Experience with Google My Business. Uploading offers and content, as well as replying to reviews.
*
*
Have great communication skills - you know how to communicate with an audience, and be able to appropriately address complaints on social media and customer review sites.
*
*
Knowledge of analytics on social media - you know where the key metrics are and you can evaluate the performance of your work.

JOB DESCRIPTION
*

To develop and manage the social media strategy.*
*
Create and manage the daily social media accounts activity. This includes preparing posts, planning, scheduling posting, online advocacy, community-outreach efforts and partnerships with influencers.
*

Reach out to models for photo and video shoots.
*
*
Seek out customer reviews and respond professionally
*
*
Reply to any feedback left in social media comments.
*
*
Work with our doctors, take pictures and make videos with them, and prepare live streams and IGTV.
*
*
Analyze the results and summarize them in a weekly report.
*
*
Proactively keep up-to-date and educated on social media marketing developments and trends, and, where applicable, implementing these for the brand.
*
*
This position requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.*
*
Work hours: we expect you to be available for communication (mostly messengers) 10 AM to 7 PM Mon-Fri
