We are working with a growing independent integrated agency looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing Social & Digital team working across a range of B2C and B2B clients.
Our Client
They are an unpretentious, down to earth agency with a high standard of creativity and marketing nous. They have grown significantly over the last 18 months and there is bags of potential with this role in a growing agency. They are a friendly but hard-working bunch who seek out people who love their job and have a great attitude. The agency work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
The Role
You’ll oversee Social Media channels and campaigns for a number of clients across the agency, predominantly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. You’ll develop engaging Social Media strategies for clients on a monthly and quarterly basis, in line with wider integrated campaigns, and plan and deliver monthly social and content plans. You’ll work closely with and manage a Social Media Executive, as well as the wider creative team to deliver engaging brand-led content. You’ll also monitor, analyse and report on performance to clients, and work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to keep communication channels strong with clients.
You
You should be someone with a broad knowledge across all Social channels and understanding of how they can be best utilised for different clients as well as an intuitive feel for the type of creative content that is needed. A strategic thinker, you’ll have good copywriting skills and understand the key metrics and analytics tools for each platform. Agency experience would be beneficial but they are open to in-house experience especially if you’ve worked across multiple brands, and understand both working within brand guidelines and can adapt to different TOV for different clients/sectors. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy a fast-paced agency environment, key for the agency is the right attitude, they are looking for a positive thinker, willing to learn and keen to contribute their ideas.
