Social Media and Online Store Specialist- Entry Level/Store Associate
All training done onsite
Duties:
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
-Take pictures and upload to our online platform
- Monitor online platform for questions and sales and box up new sales
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform photography tasks for online content creation
- Proofread and edit social media posts for accuracy and clarity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content accurately
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through visual content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Sales Associate duties when needed
