We’re on the hunt for a keen Social Media Manager with experience in community management, copywriting, influencer engagement, social listening and monitoring, and strategy. This role sits within the Budweiser Global team at draftLine (in-house Agency) where you’ll work alongside an agile team of social specialists as well as an ambitious brand team in NYC.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional oral and written communication skills as you’ll be responsible for managing the global social accounts daily, acting as the face and voice of Budweiser and take the lead on all community communications. With audiences all over the globe, this role offers the opportunity to have a real impact by bringing highly engaging social-first content to life. You will take monthly social content calendars from planning to execution, ensuring high quality, on-brand content is consistently shared and monitored.
This role also includes playing a crucial part in growing and fostering the Budweiser Influencer Network, building long-term relationships with our community of creators as well as spotting new potential partnerships.

What will you be doing:

Being the voice of Budweiser across our social channels, ensuring two-way conversation with our audiences

Managing, executing and reporting on our social channels, scheduling and posting daily

Using social listening to spot and identify cultural trends and opportunities for our brands

Turning insights into executable ideas, with help from our creative team

Staying on top of the latest trends on social platforms

Assisting with management of the Budweiser creator network, leading influencer engagement and organising product gifting

Briefing in social content to video/design teams
What you will bring:
-
Experience in a relevant role within social media management and prior exposure to FMCG or the alcohol sector is preferred.

Creative Agency experience
-
Expert understanding of social media platforms and audiences.

A strong understanding of reporting through Emplifi, Sprout or alternative social reporting platforms.

Experience in managing high-profile accounts.

Excellent Client/Account management skills.

Understanding of content distribution to local markets and/or affiliate accounts.

A very organised individual who has experience in building and maintaining clear structures within Dropbox, Sharepoint, Google Drive or an alternative cloud-based storage.

Can demonstrate experience in ideation, creation and execution of social campaign or series.

Proficient at Adobe Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a bonus.

Additional language skills a bonus (Spanish & Portuguese).
