Are you passionate about social media and on top of the current trends? Do you have an interest in screen printing, clothing and sustainability? Are you able to juggle and prioritise your tasks? If so you might just be the perfect fit for the new position we have at 3rd Rail!

3rd Rail is a South London based multifaceted print studio providing garment, paper and event printing services. Alongside this we also have our open access studio 3rd Rail Print Space and our online pre sale platform Print Social.

The role we are hiring for is a split role and the chosen candidate will divide their time between creating content for and managing the social media channels and providing admin support for Print Social ensuring that dispatch and production times are met.

Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for 3rd Rail Clothing, Print Space and Print Social, aligning with our vision and principles.
  • Create engaging content in the form of photography, video and graphic design.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our talented team across different areas of the business, ensuring brand consistency and storytelling excellence.

Print Social Admin

  • Data entry and spec creation for completed campaigns.
  • Keep campaign spreadsheets and documents up to date and correct.
  • Liaise with other departments and oversee that finished campaigns get printed and dispatched on time.
  • Provide support to the dispatch team by preparing labels and print manifests.

What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies, preferably across multiple business areas or brands.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create high-quality photo and video content that captivates our audience.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices, utilising them effectively to maximise brand exposure and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling captions and engage with our online community.
  • Basic graphic designs skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
