Job description

OVERALL PURPOSE

You will fulfil a critical role in the delivery of SP Index’s unique Online Vetting service.
The main purpose will be to:

  • Operate SP Index unique software applications
  • Identify an individual’s online information from social media, professional media and other online apps and websites
  • Accurately capture certain online information into SP Index systems as directed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain confidentiality at the highest level and at all times.
  • Carry out on-line research and investigations as directed.
  • Use our software and other means to match online information to individual profiles.
  • Capture results of research into SP Index systems in a quick and accurate manner.
  • Create awareness of the company’s brand, especially in online space.
  • Communicate effectively within our team to build and develop relationships.
  • Support the team to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and update company databases as required.
  • Record processing / working time using the company designated system.

  • Present oneself professionally and in line with the brand image and company guidelines, especially online.

  • Strong technical skills, especially navigating Social and Professional Media, Apps and websites.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
