OVERALL PURPOSE
You will fulfil a critical role in the delivery of SP Index’s unique Online Vetting service.
The main purpose will be to:
- Operate SP Index unique software applications
- Identify an individual’s online information from social media, professional media and other online apps and websites
- Accurately capture certain online information into SP Index systems as directed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain confidentiality at the highest level and at all times.
- Carry out on-line research and investigations as directed.
- Use our software and other means to match online information to individual profiles.
- Capture results of research into SP Index systems in a quick and accurate manner.
- Create awareness of the company’s brand, especially in online space.
- Communicate effectively within our team to build and develop relationships.
- Support the team to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
- Maintain and update company databases as required.
- Record processing / working time using the company designated system.
