We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join the Human Resources department in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful Human Resources Manager will be responsible for delivering a commercial, group-aligned 360-degree Human Resources service across the group, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of all employee lifecycle processes. This role will also take responsibility for the oversight and integrity of our HR system and will support the Head of HR in the devising and execution of a number of HR projects, ensuring successful implementation.

This role reports directly into the Head of HR covering a headcount of 150 - 250 staff, and it would be ideal for an individual who has a practical, hands-on approach, coupled with both operational and employee relations experience at a senior advisory / manager level.

As our Human Resources Manager, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of employee relations, including leading disciplinary/grievance hearings
  • Have a good, rounded UK Employment Law knowledge
  • Possess a professional CIPD Qualification (level 5 or above)
  • Have previous line management experience
  • Have international HR experience
  • Have a proven track record of successfully devising and implementing HR projects
  • Possess good knowledge of HR related concepts, with translation to practical implementation
  • Have previous experience working within a smaller HR team and in managing third party relationships
  • Driven by strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
