We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our Murad Brand team!
- Location of role: 2 days a week office based (London, SE1 0LH) & 3 days home working
- Brands you will be working on: Murad UK
- Reports to: Brand Business Director

The ideal candidate will be an expert in influencer partnerships with a proven track record of building partnerships that drive traffic/sales. You have boundless passion for the digital space and the beauty industry, a history of accomplishments in both and a hunger to know what's happening next.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Influencers
- Develop the UK paid influencer strategy to drive both brand awareness/consideration in the UK market and traffic/revenue to murad.co.uk
- Manage all paid influencer activity including creation of briefs, negotiation with agents and influencers, contract execution, reviewing and approving assets and identifying new potential partners
- Management and driving ambitious growth of Murad's nano/micro affiliate programme to create UGC, drive revenue on murad.co.uk and deliver EMV targets
- Close collaboration with the Ecommerce team to drive activation of influencer activity on murad.co.uk and in CRM
- Support B2B team in planning and executing influencer activity on partner channels (e.g., Look Fantastic, Space NK, John Lewis)
- Work with affiliate network AWIN and the Ecommerce team to drive revenue, including identifying influencers for traffic and sales-driving paid partnerships
- Analysis of all paid influencer activations, tracking against KPIs and budget
- Management of dedicated influencer budget
- Close collaboration with global Influencer team to share learnings and best-practice
Social Media
- Develop the Murad UK social media strategy, setting key reach and engagement metrics
- Support the coordinator to deliver the day-to-day running of all Murad UK Social channels – ensuring the brand tone of voice and visual identify is consistent and in line with global guidelines
- Work closely with the coordinator to approve the content calendar for @muradskincareuk IG channel and Facebook page, ensuring regular communication with the ecommerce and brand teams to ensure content synergy across all communication channels.
- Support the coordinator on all customer service queries via social channels.
- Close collaboration with global social media team to share learnings and best-practice
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in influencer and social media marketing, in beauty and/or skincare.
- Completion of BS/BA degree preferred, but not essential.
- Proven experience developing influencer strategies.
- Must have excellent copy writing and creative skills.
- Must be well versed in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Can derive insight from data and comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to inform activity.
- A collaborative approach with teamwork at the heart of what you do.
- Someone with a strong bias for action and desire to get results.
- Strong analytical skills; accurate and information reporting on marketing activity.
- Adaptable to change and able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about beauty and with a good understanding of the skincare market.
