Hybrid/Remote (Approx 2 days per week at our Support Centre)

About the role


We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team. We want to bring someone on board who’s passionate about all things social and will work proactively to think outside the box and learn about trends and new ideas.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the Organic Social Media Manager with the day-to-day management of social platforms, including briefing and producing content, primarily for Facebook and Instagram and occasionally other channels, such as TikTok, Twitter & Pinterest
  • Monitor, track and select UGC from our customers across key social channels for approval and inclusion in the social plan and on emails.
  • Monitor and engage in conversations with our customers across the relevant social channels.
  • Ensure all social content is in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Monitor cultural trends for potential content opportunities on the relevant social media channels.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates to ensure we’re always maximising the social channels' features and tools.
  • Analyse and report on weekly social media performance across the key social channel, looking closely at the data and optimising best-performing content.
  • Assist the Organic Social Media manager with campaign and event content plans.
  • Sourcing samples for photoshoots and content filming
  • Managing competition fulfilment to ensure winners are picked on time and receive their prizes efficiently.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to resolve problems and pivot an idea to fit the changing landscape.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to write creative and relevant social media posts.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multitask.
