Salary range: £21,000 - £25,000

Role Overview
This role is a perfect opportunity for the ideal candidate to build a career within a HR function. The purpose of this role is to provide on and off-boarding services to support the successful journey of new contractors joining and leaving Bupa, ensuring that they have the appropriate documentation in place setting them up for success. You will also have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholder across the business in relation to group VIP travel.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Bupa’s travel bookings including booking all multi sector and complex travel bookings
- Deal with phone, email and online request for all people related enquiries
- Involved in record keeping for things like updating sickness and absence request, references request and contract queries
- Ensure that the relevant HR system is accurately updated
- Ensure that we are compliant with our obligations to our various regulatory requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Previous administration experience in a volume transactional environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate to Director level.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail
- Organised with the ability to multitask
