Job description

We are looking for a social media executive to join our growing online business. We run a business mentor program which helps online coaches grow their online businesses. We have been running for almost 2 years and have scaled to a multimillion pound business.

We need someone who can bring fresh ideas and help our business with strategies which will allow us to grow and scale.

We are a fast paced company and need someone who can handle the pressure and changes that happen within out industry.

Responsibilities

• Research and plan out organic content strategies to maximize Instagram / youtube / podcast growth and engagement to allow messaging team to book calls for the program
• Coordinate the podcast studio / graphics and copywriting team to ensure organic content strategies are delivered in timely manner
• Research, plan and deliver organic sales and promotional strategies across IG, Email and other platforms to maximize sales opportunities
• Ensure all content is created, scheduled and delivered on time
• Liaise with CEO’s PA to coordinate him completing content creation + any staff content requirements
• 2 x 1 hour content webinars per week within our coaching program (client facing) one on content strategy and one working with people struggling with content
• Development and updating of Content Creation education area for our clients to remain fresh and current
• Deliver training to our coaching team on how to effectively coach, analyse and give feedback on clients content strategies
• Keep FBU up to date with latest organic social media strategies

Requirements

• High level education
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of fitness industry
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative content strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for social media and digital marketing

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
