Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 5-8 days per month from our office in Kemble.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
How will you make an impact?
- Day-to-day management of social media channels, delivering both planned and reactive responses to topics and relevant trending posts.
- Planning, briefing, and creating content to support our social media accounts, working with the broader social media, marketing, and content teams to develop creative and effective social media campaigns.
- Boosting posts across our organic accounts in line with strategy and budgets.
- Managing the delivery and reporting of influencer campaigns and ambassador relationships.
- Monitoring competitor activity and providing updates on key trends and new initiatives in social media.
- Setting and measuring against brand KPIs and optimising campaigns to deliver effectively.
- Building and delivering reports and analysing performance and opportunities across social media.
- Building a strong knowledge of our customers and audience, leading on tailoring messages and content to appeal to them.
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Experience managing social media and driving engagement across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- An understanding of different social content formats and channel-specific needs.
- Experience planning, writing and publishing social media content.
- Ability to provide social media performance report and analysis using tools such as Hootsuite, Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Keen interest in the outdoors.
