As the Social Media Executive for House of Fraser, you will be responsible for the smooth, timely, consistent, and on-point messaging for our social channels, ensuring all content priorities are fully supported and amplified.
- Brief in and schedule content for House of Fraser social channels/streams
- Maintain daily activity across all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and key moments for LinkedIn
- Monitor community engagement and engage with customers, UGC and influencer content across all platforms. Work with customer service to provide a premium CS experience.
- Creating social first content by capturing BTS, Instagram reels and styling videos on campaign and internal shoots.
- Work as part of marketing team to develop new social initiatives to drive House of Fraser KPI’s i.e partnerships, competitions, giveaways, influencer content.
- Write and edit copy across social, ensuring brand’s tone of voice is maintained
- Assist Social Strategist in running upper funnel paid social activity
- Collaborate with social team to build social trend reports, focusing on industry and social trends, tech updates, key competitors, and visual references for social content
- Responsible collating weekly, monthly and campaign social reports
- Support Marketing Managers with campaign and relationship management including with key brands
- Education or background in social media, marketing, branding or e-commerce.
- Experience working in a similar role, with experience working in the fashion, lifestyle, home or beauty sectors.
- Passion for social media, and strong understanding of analytics, reporting and best practices.
- Experience working with paid social or paid social teams.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, the ability to prioritise, be flexible and multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and use of written English and attention to detail.
- Basic experience in Photoshop/Adobe Suite is a nice to have, as well as basic content editing skills – from cropping imagery to creating short-form social-first video content.
