We’re working exclusively with a growing South Manchester brand that has recently received significant investment to help them find a Social Media Executive.

Our Client

Already a £20m turnover business that has experienced double digit percentage growth over the last few years, they’ve received significant investment that is intended to drive their growth forward and is enabling them to add a number of people to their circa 20 people marketing and digital team. Working across over a dozen different brands, they are keen to hear from people who enjoy working with multiple brands and products.

The Role

This role reports into the PR & Content Manager and works in a team alongside Content and PR Execs. You’ll manage all company social media channels across multiple brands, primarily Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, though they are keen for you to explore and expand their presence to TikTok and Pinterest. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a monthly social media plan, as well as developing engaging, innovative and creative content for Social channels. You’ll coordinate with the wider marketing team to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned, and analyse Social campaigns to determine success and understand where improvements can be made. The role is very much a clean slate and has lots of opportunity to grow. This role is Organic Social only.

You

You should have around 12 months experience managing multiple social media channels, with good knowledge of leading Social platforms and their algorithms. A good understanding of how to engage with different audiences, and able to create and schedule content using your Copywriting, Editing and Content Creation skills, though you'll be able to work with their internal Design team on creating larger pieces of Social Content. You should be passionate and enthusiastic about Social Media, up to date with the latest social trends and platforms, and someone who understands reportin and metrics to show growth on platforms. There is lots of room to shape their Social platforms and authority in the Social space, and for your role to grow.
