About us
UK Radiators are a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of radiators and associated products/parts. We serve 3 customer groups, retail, trade and wholesale, however our routes to market are solely via e-commerce channels.
Our goal is to be the leading radiator supplier to the online UK market, this is why we chose the name UK Radiators. Our tagline "Quality Radiators. Delivered." is born out of our approach to production standards and a play on the fact that we deliver our radiators directly to people's homes, so not only are we delivering quality, but we physically deliver the radiators too.
Based partially on-site at our main office/warehouse location in Severalls Business Park, partially at our studio location and partially at home (after a settling in period), as our in house Social Creative, you will conceptualise and produce engaging, inspirational and informative multimedia content and social assets for our brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Facebook.
Collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Content Strategist, you will lead the development of our social creative, using your expertise and artistic flair to develop creative that differentiates and propels the brand's online presence.
While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, creativity is more important than experience for this role. A portfolio showing off your multimedia capabilities, from concept through to production, will be required for you to be considered for interview.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the creative concepts and execution for always-on, campaign and reactive social content across all channels.
- Develop the end-to-end creative long and short-form video content, from initial creative concept, to storyboard, right through to final asset production. Working with relevant members of the team to script, produce and edit ready for posting.
- Shoot in-platform to create platform first, relevant content for TikTok
- Use assets from our internal catalogue, your own creative, external agencies and appropriate 3rd party resources to create best in class social creative.
- Engage with 3rd party influencers/content creators to brief and enhance the quality of the content they produce for us
- Editing, updating and retouching social asset library and sharing with relevant marketing teams
Required skills:
- Video editing, enhancing and animation software such as Adobe After Effects
- Image design and editing software such as Figma, Canva & Photoshop
- Exceptional creative and artistic ability across graphic design, video production, photography and image editing
- Experience creating platform specific content for Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Excellent English proficiency, and a flair for creative copy
Nice to have but not required:
- Experience with producing animation
- Experience working with Influencers
- Knowledge of Social Media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
- Experience working with external agencies
